2) People returned to campus today!! So I ate dinner w/ my friends (and turned from my singular state) and then we made Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls to commemorate the holiday season. It was quite a feat. With no access to a stove or proper cooking ware, we had to improvise. I learned that the largest bowl available is still large enough to contain Rice Krispies and powdered sugar from going all over the floor. And melted chocolate will go everywhere except on the cookies. I think they turned out just fine. And even if they aren't the prettiest, they are very tasty. People keep coming over to snag a few every so often.
So this East Coast chick heads back out to the West Coast for more Olympic fun. Round 2: Chula Vista, California. How much does she know about California?? Zilch. Things could get interesting.

Two Updates
1) Phase II was completed yesterday with success. Here are da photos.
I considered cutting out millions of snowflakes and layering the floor with glitter, but the cleaning ladies would probably throw it all away.
